Hi folks! We are rapidly approaching the end of year holidays, and I am on the first day of a two week break from work. I’ll be spending a lot of time with family this coming week, but I’m hoping to find some time to goof of as well. However, this past week was all about the holiday party at work, a quick trip to California to look at a construction site, and then tying up loose ends before being away from the office for two weeks. Which has taken up a lot of my energy, and made it hard to do much aside from holiday prep and Warcraft. I did manage to watch some more seasonal anime, but we’re getting to the end of season now, and I’m afraid of spoiling stuff for everyone. So, I’ll refrain from talking about that in detail anymore and just give a little report on where I am in Warcraft.

With all of the bonus XP currently available, I’m having a hard time keeping my professions leveled with my character. I’m level 75, but haven’t finished Outland engineering yet. I think I’ll head up to Northrend once I can finish my Outland engineering, work on leveling up the Northrend engineering and professions, then head back to Azeroth for the Cataclysm content. At that point, I will have exhausted the expansions that I own and will have to consider purchasing new content. I’m kinda hoping that the Shadowlands expac will be released by then, so that I can avoid purchasing multiple expacs. If not, I guess I’ll start leveling other characters instead to continue to take advantage of the anniversary XP bonus. I did manage to max out my mining, which is at least one achievement. I ought to work on the secondary skills as well, but I’m not sure that my heart is in it at this point.

And that’s all I really have to talk about at this point. The next week may be pretty quiet for me, but I’ll try to put a short post together at least. Until then, have a great week and game on!
